This is a project is focused on sustainability. El Gran Café de la Parroquia and Santander Bank are designed and builded with eco-friendly materials. Also the design try to prevent the heat indoors. I also supervised the construction. This project was develop on ArchiCAD and using BIMx to show it to the clients.
